Art in the Park 2015

Art in the Park takes place on the landscaped grounds of Westminster City Hall.  The area is bordered by Locust Street, Key Street, Longwell Avenue, and Emerald Hill Lane. It is surrounded by plenty of free parking and exhibitors have easy drive-up access to many display locations. The display areas include both paved parking lots and grassy and partially wooded park lands. It is a short walking distance from downtown Westminster’s unique shops and restaurants, as well as the Carroll Arts Center.
